WALLA TRANSITION FAQ 

We’re excited to announce that Lava is transitioning from Mindbody to Walla—our new scheduling and booking platform! We know change can bring up questions, so we’ve created this FAQ sheet to make your transition as smooth and seamless as possible. Inside, you’ll find answers to the most commonly asked questions about the switch, what to expect, and how to get started. 

If you don’t see your question answered here, feel free to reach out— we’re here to help every step of the way! 

Q. HOW DO I SET UP MY WALLA ACCOUNT? 

To make our transition from Mindbody to Walla seamless, and your booking experience even better, please follow these three steps, which are applicable beginning April 15th, 2025. 

1. Check your email tomorrow for an email from Lava Hot Yoga and Fitness. The FROM email address will be automation@hellowalla.com Remember to check your spam folders, too! 

2.Click the link in the email to create your Walla login credentials This will include a new password 

3. Visit our website (include your website URL link where the schedule widget will be embedded!) and log in to view your account details 

Your Walla account will be set up after you complete these three steps. All active memberships and/or packages will be in your account details. Please let us know if something is missing from your account details after 24 hours!

Q: DOES THIS AFFECT MY EXISTING CLASS PACKAGES? 

Not at all! Any class packages or individual classes you’ve pre purchased will transfer over successfully. This transfer from Mindbody to Walla is an internal service platform change that will not affect your existing account transactions. 

Q: I’M HAVING TROUBLE ACCESSING MY WALLA ACCOUNT. WHAT DO I DO? 

Go to our studio schedule (include your website URL link where the schedule widget will be embedded!) 

Select Log In to access your account details. Can’t find it? Trying looking on the class schedule page (link schedule page here) 

Choose Forgot your password? link 

Enter the email address associated with your account 

You will receive an email with the reset password instructions Please note, if you request and receive multiple reset emails, use the most recent email. If the email you entered is not found or cannot be associated with an account, please contact team@lavahotyoga.com

Q: MY RESET PASSWORD LINK ISN’T WORKING. WHAT DO I DO? 

To request a new password link, please visit our website (link schedule page here) and select Forgot your password? on the login screen via the class schedule page 

Please note, if you request and receive multiple reset emails, use the most recent email 

Q: I GOT THE INVITE FROM WALLA TO CREATE MY ACCOUNT, BUT THE LINK IS INVALID. WHAT NEXT? 

Go to our studio website www.lavahotyoga.com 

Select Log In to access your account details
